3. Client Responsibilities

• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the project and final payment upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. IDH Group retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques developed during the project. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

IDH Group's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period as specified in individual project agreements, typically 30-90 days from project completion. Support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date, and deliverables will be provided as agreed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where IDH Group is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
